Information and guidance (including AI-generated content and consultant guidance) is educational and informational only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If you have medical concerns, consult a licensed healthcare provider.
You confirm you are at least 18 years old and are a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver of the child whose data you enter.
You may provide sleep logs, feeding logs, routines, questionnaire answers, free-text notes, and messages. You confirm you have the right to provide this data and will not submit unlawful or third-party data without permission.
By using SleepWiz, you consent to SleepWiz collecting, storing, and processing your inputs to: (a) Provide the service (plans, insights, summaries, and support); (b) Allow authorized staff and (if you choose/are assigned) human consultants to review relevant data and messages to provide guidance through the platform; (c) Maintain safety, prevent abuse, and ensure quality; (d) Improve product features, analytics, and AI/algorithm performance (including training/evaluation where permitted by law).
SleepWiz may create aggregated and de-identified datasets for internal analysis, product improvement, and research. Such data will not reasonably identify you or your child.
AI outputs and consultant guidance may not be accurate or suitable for every situation. You are responsible for your decisions and actions.
You may request account deletion. SleepWiz will delete personal data within a reasonable period, subject to legal and operational requirements. Aggregated/de-identified data may be retained.
SleepWiz content, software, and algorithms are owned by SleepWiz. You may not copy or misuse the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SleepWiz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) in the last 12 months.
SleepWiz strives to provide continuous and reliable access to the service. However, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SleepWiz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may temporarily suspend, limit, or modify the service for maintenance, upgrades, or operational reasons.
SleepWiz may suspend or terminate access to the service if the user violates these Terms, misuses the platform, provides unlawful content, or engages in behavior that may harm SleepWiz, other users, or the integrity of the service.
The SleepWiz platform may rely on third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics tools, communication services, or payment processors. SleepWiz is not responsible for the availability or performance of such third-party services, which are subject to their own terms and policies.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and jurisdiction shall be vested in the competent courts in Israel.
